so you're now drunk late at night and you get into a stranger's car outside the bar.

i mean, if you get picked up IN the bar at least the cops could get a clue from the video tapes and maybe the receipt for the tab.

I know, a driver would sign up and there's a 'paper' trail etc. but if some ahole stole the car while it was idling double parked outside someother bar....
