Long term, who would you take Manny Machado or Jean Segura?

My strat draft is starting this weekend. I have fourth. I am guessing Harper, Darvish and Matt Harvey will go before me.

I need both a 3B and SS. I had been leaning toward Machado but Segura has been creeping up my draft list
