Back then the public paid for 90% of state tuition and now only 30% and dropping! Shameful!
Though... 90% of tuition then was $600. 30% of today's is $4000.
Yet I feel like he's blaming public policy for *only* increasing funding by 500%. This counts as refusing to "give that same gift to someone else"?
