I don't remember all the details, but there was apparently a wine tasting function where she was yelling at the servers and calling them idiots

She apparently had a very high opinion of herself and her vicarious importance. He was known as a bit of an arrogant jerk while he was married to her, but I gather he's mellowed a lot since he remarried.
That being said, I can't even imagine how horrible it would have been to make or receive those calls from the 9/11 plane. :(
