The chicken crossed the road because we didn't have enough funding for it to take a train from it's prior residence

and the chicken felt an obligation to make it back home and crossing the road gave it the best opportunity to do that; an opportunity that all americans should embrace as their challenge in life. This is my promise that I will embrace that challenge in front of all the men women, children and chickens in this country, those who've had the courage to cross the road and those who haven't yet. You will.
