Right now, there are only 13 operating. Singapore Airlines was the first to get them. Qantas and Emirates now have them as well. There are 200 orders for them though, so they'll be multiplying in the sky slowly.

No US carrier has ordered one, but they are already flying to the US (Qantas runs an LAX-SYD flight on one. I think Singapore and/or Emirates may run services out of JFK/LAX to Singapore and/or UAE, respectively, on them, though note sure)
