a .7 ounce/20g bag came in my goodies box today.
as previously shared, I can't have much seaweed or I hurt extra; but I thought I'd try a little.
the label says they're "a crispy, crunchy savory snack or yummy topping;" but unless you plan to put the bag to your mouth or use a spoon to eat them, they should only be used as a sprinkle, because there's a keyword on the package "crumbles," and that's exactly what they are.
the intial flavor is ok, but they have a pretty icky and strong aftertaste, much more than other brands I tried (annie chun's, trader joe's, and one more from an asian market) before I figured-out the pain thing.
also, the price of these is ridiculous. even more than apple chips per ounce, and those are stupid high. you can get more for less of nice and non-crumbly sheets; and I'm sure flavored versions of those are coming, if not already for sale.
grade: D + P, for do not recommend + ptooey.
