One of our clients processes Credit Cards. He talks to me on the phone last week and emails me some stuff to review. Always looking to reduce CC costs so I say i will look at it.

He just stopped by without an appointment because he was in the area. He was wearing flip flops, dirty shorts, a T-shirt and a dirty baseball cap.

I am all for casual. This was being a slob. Probably won't do business with him
