we fought off a prop to block ssm, but there is so much legal limbo if you are married here and a couple states, but not federally for tax/ss...now...

its not so confusing, you are married state and federally here for all that married implies and if your spouse runs off to a non SSM state, well that ain't an instant annullment (afaik)
