I definitely *WON* but did not *SCORE*. One quick story, though...

I found myself a fellow Nerdfighter to escort through the chaos of the Ball tonight. Not that I'm any expert in these matters, but once I had him, he was my project. Much in the same way that Barney introduces Ted to women at bars in How I Met Your Mother, I casually would approach random groups of girls and introduce them to (let's call him "Matt"). He was very uncomfortable and awkward but as the night progressed, I could see him opening up. To be fair, he was my crutch, an easy way to get onto the dance floor without being alone. But immediately upon the music starting, I put my hand on his back and escorted him onto the dance floor where we started dancing and found ourselves in a circle of girls, dancing with them. Random individuals would go into the middle of the circle and dance until one girl moved into the middle, pointed at me and indicated that she wanted me to join her. Well... that's never happened before.
