Fisherman's Wharf, catch a Giants game at AT&T (assuming you meant July 8-9), ride the cable cars, visit North Beach, or Chinatown, or both,

Lombard St., the Natural History Museum .... there's really so much to do it's hard to narrow it down if you'll only be there for two days.
