here is the dealio.

i was gone for most of June. He had to work on an audit. He rushed to finish the report on Friday, and did none of the workpapers.

He doesnt want to do the required stuff, because it is beneath him (my words), so I have been told to go back and do all that stuff he didnt, so that the audit will look "normal"

he also wants me to sign off as having done all those procedures, the ones he maybe did, and the ones that never did happen.
