I could sign off on all the steps with his initials, saying that is what i thought he wanted me to do (the playing dumb strategy).
the last time this happened, he yelled at me for 30 mins, threatened to fire me, then finally stormed off, gave the workpapers to the little old lady (who has since retired) and told her to complete all this stuff. which she did with no questions asked.
but the difference is, i have a license now, and if the shit were to hit the fan, its my license in jeopardy as much as his, if my name is anywhere on it.
also, when we get reviewed (by gov agencies, or peer review) they look at our timesheets, so they would know that i wasnt working on the stuff last week.
