from B2 ,.... I believe that libraries will survive ebooks and the like ...

too many people still around who like physical books to touch and hold when they read. And, I've heard a couple of the kids in my karate school say as much themselves, that, at least for the moment, they like actual real books. Of course, that can change 10 yrs from now as they grow up, but it's encouraging at least.

that, and the fact that there are at least some book stores that are still doing well. I can't imagine B&N or Books a Million completely shutting down *every* storefront that they have.

and besides, if everything were to go digital, then e-readers would pretty much become mandatory in every classroom across the country, if not the world. I don't see that happening.
