3/4 lbs. ground sirloin
1 28oz can Tuttorosso crushed tomatoes
1 28oz can Tuttorosso tomato puree
5 garlic gloves minced
2-3 tbsps of dried oregano
pinch of dried basil
2 pinches of dried cilantro
3-4 tbsps fresh parsley
3-4 tpsps sugar.

brown meat and garlic and add cans of tomato

stir in spices. let cook for at least 3 hours

We can't find those specific tomatoes, so we just use a different brand. YMMV. -- nm - spamlet Jul 2, 09:02 1
- Yeah, I don't worry about the brand. I buy the huge cans of crushed tomatoes at Costco - they only offer one kind (Contadina?) - the sauce still turns - kelly Jul 2, 09:05
