I just got Cyanogen Mod to boot so I've barely started, but the hardest part is...

...the SD card. Have to format it properly (SD Formatter 3 for Mac or Windows) then "activate" the partition (finally did it with fdisk in the Mac terminal... fuck that was hard), and then just copying the files over to the SD card.
