I might be unique, but given he was basically following this kid, I'd say even if Trayvon threw first, there's ample reason to still blame Paul Blart.

There's a line to me about self-defense being the point where you're fearful for your safety. A dude chasing you down through a sub-division for no legitimate reason falls close enough in my mind to say it's self-defense to throw first.
