there are inconsistencies in all of the eyewitness accounts, as i've read the summarized, including Zimmerman's statements to the cops.

so does the jury say, well they're all lying so how are we supposed to know what the real truth is? or do they try and parse the statements for an agreed-upon set of "true" facts and base their verdict on that?

i don't know. is this an OJ jury or do they actually give a shit about their duty?
