That is a concern. But at the end of the day, college costs are out of control

and if the govt is going to be invovled in any form, in my mind, they should be involved in a manner to justify the greatest contribution to society for the dollars they outlay.
A starving artist 100k in debt is not a suitable ROI to society, no matter what value art has in that society in my mind.
