the Star did a big story on these deaths last summer - it is almost always when someone has them that normally doesn't.

people just go about their daily routine, sort of on auto-pilot, and that is how it happens.
i am in NO WAY excusing it, but, i do sort of understand how it COULD happen....
(for instance, the boy who died last week, it was his grandmother, who doesn't normally have him, and she is deaf, so couldn't hear him...)
