doing. turns out that's a "were doing."

I remember looking them up a while after the show and not find anything bad; but it turns out all three closed within a couple of months of their openings.

it wasn't one of the concepts/people I thought would do best; but, still, that is just spectacular fail. not to mention there had to be little, if any, support from bobby flay, nbc et al. ugh.
