several months of problems with youtube and movie/tv show playbacks, after upgrading to their Genii system and the 34-700 cable box, I had a tech person here today who actually knew their systems and more. He said all the drives were bad with that box, and only a few people have experienced it so system freezing far. Then he swapped my box for the new 44-500.
