Hey Lii, this is not because I adore Pixie, which I do, but of all the people on ST to know the new health stuff - he'd be my #1 pick.

#1. He has a vested interest in knowing it backwards & forwards because he is going to benefit hopefully huge by what it intends to do for those with pre-existing conditions that can't be covered under the previous health options.
#2. He's a former attorney turned writer. Words - specifically contracts - laws - which is what this is all about - is his specialty.
You'd be better off asking him what you don't know or understand than you would challenging his knowledge source on the subject.
Just my humble opinion here ... For what it's worth - not meaning to chastise or debate things with you ok? Friendly advice only :)
