I'm not one of those who can get too upset at what this guy is saying about chubby people, or now, people who like to wear black. But, I gotta wonder if the people who buy Abercrombie & Fitch products look at what he's saying and go "Oh yeah, this company totally gets me. I'm going to keep shopping here."

One of my ex-employers required all employees to wear a white shirt, black tie, and to wear our suitcoat while driving. He also hired only men.
