And the other guy who did pay, hasn't confirmed receipt of their item. And those funds are locked up until the 17th. This is so much fun!

- On the non-pay guy? It apparently puts an unseen mark on his account and IF sellers have a certain preference checked, they won't be able to bid. - Qale Jul 9, 23:24
