On the non-pay guy? It apparently puts an unseen mark on his account and IF sellers have a certain preference checked, they won't be able to bid.

Not really cool how much weight that puts on the seller's side of the pendulum. Seems like Ebay has become a buyer's market.
On the pay guy? I guess I just have to keep waiting until his tracking says "delivered" rather than "notice left."
