It's bad here in Georgia.

Georgia has 156 counties. (Only Texas has more)
So that means the LARGE majority of legislature members represent rural portions of the state.
Nevermind the fact that the state's economy would quickly become Alabama or Mississippi if it wasn't for Atlanta.
