ratings and interest are down about 50% from that time frame (at least) and they're paying a guy like Orton $3mil a year?
Orton's never going to be a lead guy again for more than a month or two becuase of his drug issues and 2 strikes policy.
It's incredible that he's getting 5-10x the base salary of any number of guys given he cannot ever be given the ball again (their words) without substantial risk.
That alone would be enough for me to next time a cut is needed, drive him to the airport and handed tickets to TNA's main office.
