the BB producers clearly talked to the Houseguests about the rampant racism in the house. As Amanda has mentioned it to Arryn and the horrific comments spewed out almost every other hour have completely ceased.
So if you're in that house, it should not be hard to identify who is hated and who is liked by the public.
