meter electrical charge usage and work out an equitable tax rate....when you buy a car you pretty much have to have a special charge station wired in

house. I mean sure you can do so with a regular ouitlet but that takes days. So when you buy a E car you should get a permit to have an electrician install it and have a digital meter. if you use a charge station along the way then it would automatically be included in that cost too.
