sense that they can teach the kids to do it responsibly if they're involved. I just think it makes kids think it's ok. And I have to say that drinking is a big thing on my wife's side of the family. The parents do cocktails before dinner and then lots of wine with dinner, and while I get that they're adults and should be able to do what they want, I just think it doesn't send a great message. Kids mirror what you do. I'm not saying you should never drink in front of your kids, but if you drink a lot, all the time, you're sending a message.
