Need ST's Help: each of us is tasked with coming up with 2 questions for the CIO. What should they be?

They can be anonymous but I want them work friendly. I dislike these sorts of things, however, so I'm asking ST to put there considerable talents together and come up with two questions I can ask the CIO that are irreverent but won't get me fired.
