another team, large and pampered just lost 4 or 5 people to another project. These positions got filled quickly (note: 3 years ago when we lost people to this same project we were met with crickets when we asked to fill the positions).
The newbies are funny. They're all kids right out of college. Some, undoubtedly will succeed wildly, others will get crushed...all of them have very little idea what they're in for I think. They are literally doe-eyed. It's kind of fun to watch. Meanwhile me and my grizzly friend must look like IS Vikings. I'm sure I'm horrifying the girl next to me. Especially this AM when I was listing out orders for the person who slightly compromised patient care and destroyed my AM.
