sure. people feel it all the time, usually about larger purchases; but some of us, kind of oddly, have it more about smaller purchases.

there's also the people who get overwhelmed by choices. one of my in-laws is like that - almost phobic about grocery stores.

At $400, this is the biggest superfluous purchase I've made in some time. Maybe that's why.
