I don't go regularly, but ours seem to be organized ok. my issue is their one-line check-out and understaffing.

if I'm buying jewelry, at least I can purchase at that counter; but no way can/will I deal with long regular lines.
I also don't like their kohl's cash shenanigans - just give me an original discount, I swear I'll come back!
