Has anyone ever cooked or grilled shark fillet?

They had some fillets on sale so we picked one up just to try it. Was thinking of just throwing it on the grill?
Responses:
Yep, toss it on the grill. Squirt a little lime juice on it while grilling. Use fresh ground pepper.

Used to when it was inexpensive. Think we treated it much like halibut. -- nm

See if you can get a hybrid one. Despite documentary evidence to the contrary, I don't think a fuel-air mixture will work from inside the shark. -- nm
