This would be something useful to the conversation if Gosnell wasn't convicted and sentenced to life in prison

only after agreeing not to appeal so the prosecutors didn't try for the death penalty.
Let's not invoke the name of a convicted killer and call it part of the same issue that's been legal since 1973.
