I think those 3 seats are almost surely gone (unless the GOP nominates someone absurdly unqualified)

Add in Louisiana, Alaska, Arkansas, ... I think it's probably 50/50 that the GOP gets the Senate.
This is the 2nd wave the Democrats have to defend in the 2006/08 cycles so the GOP side of the ledger is really not much to defend.
If a GOPer won in 2008 in that strong a Democratic year, he's going to win this time around in a much more favorable year to the party.
