Just posted this, but Bacon is an expert so maybe he knows. Or anyone?

WarMachine has 5 dolphin wonders.
They work for 4 hours, with a 4 hour cooldown, which means they are always available.
Recently two of them fell to level 4 and the cooldown was 4 hour 10 minutes.
They were returned to level 5 and recently as four hours ago, all was well.

Went to fire them, and the cooldown is 4 hours 20 minutes.
All are level 5.
One town is occupied. Does that impact a wonder?

        Wait a minute. Even at lvl 4 the lvl 5 wonder should still fire as a lvl 5. I do that all the time and the cooldowns are the same. - Bacon Jul 14, 13:54

        I have my mwc on LSK's forge island, I build a temple, this halves the recharge (someone else on the island staffs theirs) activate it, demo the temp - zeitgeist Jul 14, 14:00
        
        I have a test for you. Put your MWC on a poseidon island, and stick a lvl 1 temple on while your other town is occupied. See if the number changes. -- nm - Bacon Jul 14, 14:00 1
