is that an occupied town wouldn't effect it. I have been occupied and it didn't effect my forge cool down.

Occupation still allows you to fire off the wonder from that town. So my guess is nothing else would change either.

        I have my mwc on LSK's forge island, I build a temple, this halves the recharge (someone else on the island staffs theirs) activate it, demo the temp - zeitgeist Jul 14, 14:00
        
        I have a test for you. Put your MWC on a poseidon island, and stick a lvl 1 temple on while your other town is occupied. See if the number changes. -- nm - Bacon Jul 14, 14:00 1
