he needed emergent dialysis. He received a few treatments and then left against medical advise. We told him that he will likely kill his kidneys for good if he doesn't take the meds and if he doesn't get dialysis again soon he will die. He still left.

Everything happened very fast for him so I am sure he is still processing it but yikes.
