Daaang. I bought this Tyson Deli Market microwavable mac and cheese. It appears to be good and healthy for you. But the sodium content is 1440 mg (60%
|
of daily value) per serving. The package has 2 servings and realistically it isn't that big so I will eat all of it at once. That is 120% of my daily sodium intake in 1 package. Geez. That is worse than the Ramen noodle.

Annie's is the only mac and cheese I've found that's light on the sodium. -- nm

Shoot, just get some Kraft Mac & Cheese, supstitute milk for the water and melt in a slice of med or sharp cheddar. It's "almost" as good as homemade. -- nm

This is why I eat very little packaged food...particularly since I check the sodium in canned chili...about the same as the Mac & Cheese. -- nm
