In response to "hear hear ! -- nm" by Jammed Uzi

the second part of this equation is that the thing about which I paged her this morning is

a job lead I received via email for which she would be an ideal candidate. I wanted to email her the lead and talk to her about it some via email.

obvs, this *cannot* be done via text message -- it's a very large file, not text based. so I said to her, "email me when you're in front of a computer."

I almost feel like not passing along the information now. if I recommend her, it's my reputation. if she can't follow a simple request from me, what guarantee do I have that she would act professionally in the interview process or the workplace?

jamie says I am honor-bound to give her the intel. I think I am bound first to protect my own reputation.

go ahead! flame me!
