YGMing someone about a potentially life-changing opportunity without somehow describing the possible consequence of failing to cooperate when you KNOW the someone's propensity to shrug off instructions could be seen as a set-up.
Of course, you are also right to worry about your reputation; do you want to point someone with a propensity to shrug off instructions at a lead which will reflect on you?
*shrug* I'd say give her one more communication, with details. You already made the commitment to share this with her.
