I had one nearly crash into me the other day...I watched him feverishly working his texting device...head down and barreling down the side walk. I kept walking. By the time he deigned to rejoin the corporal world and look up he had to swerve to avoid me. I called out over my shoulder, "Head Up, kiddo..."
