That's exactly the potential effect, if not the intent, even with small print at the bottom of the picture.

But we're far off your initial point of whether people were upset over substantivity.
As I initially said, I'm not outraged, but I understand those who are... they're not wrong. RS knows what they're doing, and good for them for increasing their sales this month with a little controversy. But like with Manson, they're arguably doing it by standing on the graves of their centerpiece's victims.
