Abs take the longest work and take the longest to show it. They are a pain in the rear.

I would use Stevia it's an herb and very sweet. I used to grow it and just eat the leaves.


Keep up the good work. I am also doing the 5 days a week work out now. Up to 32 minutes a day on the elliptical. Not losing weight but I am gaining muscle.

Muscle weights twice as much as fat so don't worry about the scale. Measure your success on energy levels and looser fitting clothes (inches)
