Oh, nothing is fitting differently. Lets see if less soda changes that...

I've now added Pilates twice a week to my routine. So now I'm doing:

Sunday walking or pool
Monday walking or bike and circuit training
Tuesday cardio box class
Wednesday Pilates
Thursday walking or bike and circuit training
Friday Pilates
Saturday off day

Does that sound well rounded or should I do something else?
