Rock Hudson - but after that I'm sort of lost ... maybe the light haired guy is supposed to be James Cagney?

The actresses are totally recognizable - Hepburns (both Audrey & Katherine) - Liz Taylor, Joan Crawford & Marilyn Monroe.

But I can't tell who the other actors are supposed to be ...
