I have a couple thoughts on this...(spoils - sometimes brutal honesty lies ahead)

1) then why post anything at all? Because "It's gonna be one of those days, but I know you don't care" is a post designed to get a reaction. One that will likely not be positive.
2) here's the honesty part - to quote Lloyd Dobbler, "How hard is it to decide to be in a good mood and then be in a good mood once in a while?" Any post you ever make about your job is an Eeyore-esque post. Whoa is me, everything sucks, my boss is an idiot and I'm helpless to do anything about it. Be positive every once in a while. If everything sucks, do something to change it, don't just whine about it on ST and then get pissed off when people tell you to suck it up and change it, if you don't like it. Of course it's not easy. If it were easy, everyone would do it. It's the hard that makes it worthwhile.
Please understand that this post is not typed (said) in an angry or condescending tone. It's said in the most honest way I know how to say it.
And, frankly, when you post a subject line like the original post...you're likely to get a person's honest reply.
